I want to offer the Priscilla Dress Pattern in 0-3 months ONLY as a free pattern.  The pattern comes in sizes Newborn  to 24 months.  You can find the other sizes on Ravelry here.
This little dress has a full skirt and is rated easy.  Made with shells and cluster stitches and with a #3 weight yarn so it drapes beautifully.
Please favorite and que this on Ravelry.

Priscilla Dress Pattern- 0-3 Months free pattern

Stitches:
Single crochet-sc,
Half double crochet - hdc
Double crochet-dc,
Treble crochet-tr,
Slip Stitch-sl st,
Skip-sk
Half double crochet 2 together - hdctog
Double crochet 2 together-dctog

Please read completely before starting as there are changes to some
rows.

Materials Needed
Size 7-4.5 hook,
2 colors of #3 lightweight baby yarn (I used Sensations
Cuddle), button, darning needle,

It is highly recommended that you check your gauge prior to
beginning this pattern. The gauge for stitches is very important in
this pattern to get the correct chest measurement. The gauge for the
number of rows is not as important, as you can always adjust length by
adding or deleting rows.

Gauge in dc: 18 sts = 4 inches and 6 rows = 2 inches

Measurements:
Newborn – 17” chest and 12” length
0-3 months – 18” chest and _13_” length
3-6 months – 19” chest and _14_” length
6-12 months – 20” chest and 15__” length
2 years – 21” chest and __16” length
