Here is a new hat for you all. It's the Winter Lovin' Hat, a free crochet pattern. I have gotten into a rut with this color yarn and I hope that I am not overusing this color. Anyways, the hat measures 21 inches and has an option of a pom pom. I think this hat would awesome is green and wheat too! Free Crochet Hat Pattern - Winter LovinPattern written in US Terminology Materials: Loops and Threads Impeccable – Color Rouge - Approx. 134 – 150 yards Vanna’s Choice – Color Wheat J Hook – 6mm Darning Needle for weaving in ends Scissors Stitches: ch(s) – chain/chains hdc- half double crochet sc – single crochet sp(s) space/spaces st(es) stitch/stitches tch- turning chain flo – front loop only blo – back loop only YO – yarn over CA – Color A-Wheat CB – Color B-Rouge Multiples of 2+1 ch Gauge 4 inches by 4 inches hdc = 15 stitches by 8 rows Hat Band With CA Ch 75, Sc in the 2nd ch from the hook and in each st across. sl st to join. Please tell me if the pattern maintains 74 stitches. On the second row you say to skip two stitches at the beginning of the round and on round four you skip another stitch. Thanks in advance

Yes it will always maintain 74 stitches.

do you this pattern will work with lions bramd hometown superbulky 6 weight? what hook should I use?

Hmmmm I have never tried that yarn but I would assume to use a g hook.
