Adult Crochet Hat – Pinkerbell Pattern

Adult Crochet Hat - Pinkerbell

 

Adult Crochet Hat РPinkerbell is made using clusters and single crochet. I am hoping that you will all enjoy making this fun Adult Crochet Hat РPinkerbell as much as I did. Please feel free to let me know if there are any mistakes. This pattern has NOT been tested.

Adult Crochet Pinkerbell Hat Pattern

 

 

 

 

Materials:

  • 2 colors of any worsted weight yarn. I used ILTY.
  • G hook for the hat band
  • H hook for the body of the hat
  • darning needle

 

Abbreviations:

ch-chain
sl st- slip stitch
sc-single crochet
dc-double crochet
YO-yarn over
cl-cluster
sp- space
V-St- V stitch
rep- repeat
CC-contrast color
MC-main color
dc4tog-double crochet 4 together
dc3tog- double crochet 3 together

Special Stitches:

V-St- dc in specified st, ch 1, dc in same st.

Cluster St- YO, insert hook in specified st and draw up a loop, YO, and draw through 2 loops on your hook, rep from * 2 more times in the same st; YO and draw through all 4 loops on the hook. CL made.

 

Now onto the fun part!! ūüôā ¬†This hat works from the bottom to top.

Band: MC
Using the G hook, ch 95 sl st to join to work in the round
Row 1:
Sc in 2nd ch from hook,  sc wrap in the next st and in each st around. sl st to join, ch 1 (94 sc)
Row 2:
sc in the first st and in each st around sl st to join, ch 1 (94 sc)
Row 3:
sc wrap in the first st and in each st around. sl st to join, ch 1 (94 sc)
Row 4:
sc in the first st and in each st around, sl st to join, ch 1 . (94 sc)
Row 5:
sc wrap in the first st and in each st around. sl st to join, ch 1 (94 sc)
Row 6:
sc in the first st and in each st around, sl st to join, ch 1 . (94 sc)
Row 7
sc wrap in the first st and in each st around. sl st to join, ch 1 (94 sc)
Row 8:
sc in the first st and in each st around, sl st to join, ch 1 . (94 sc)
Row 9:
sc wrap in the first st and in each st around. sl st to join, ch 1 (94 sc)
Row 10:
sc in the first st and in each st around, sl st to join, . (94 sc)

CL Wrap…dc in 3 specified sts¬†wrap around all 3, dc to start the cluster wrap,¬†¬†Pull through all 4 loops on your hook….CL made

Body of Hat using H hook Ch 3 counts as DC here and throughout!
